Spinosaurus aegyptiacus' skull is known from a maxillary fragment and
anterior mandible (Stromer, 1915). It was destroyed in World War II.
A partial maxilla was described by Buffetaut (1989, 1992) and referred to
Spinosaurus aegyptiacus.
Two dentary fragments were described by Russell (1996) and referred to
Spinosaurus moroccanus.
A snout and premaxillary fragment were referred to Spinosaurus moroccanus by
Taquet and Russell (1998).

Other spinosaurids are also known from cranial remains.
Baryonyx walkeri's holotype includes a partial skull.
Premaxillae, maxillae, three partial dentaries and a quadrate are known for
Suchomimus tenerensis. This may be congeneric with Baryonyx.
A premaxilla earlier described by Taquet (1984) probably also belongs to
Suchomimus.
The holotype of Cristatusaurus lapparenti is a snout, although this is
probably the same genus and possibly species as Suchomimus tenerensis.
Irritator challengeri is known from a skull lacking the snout, while
Angaturama limai is known from a snout and may be synonymous.

Baryonyx shows a small cruciate crest on the nasals and I've heard
Irritator/Anganturama also have a low nasal crest. The supposed tall
frontoparietal crest of Irritator is not real however.
