Subject: WING FEATHER ATTACHMENT

Hello All,

Can anyone on the list provide me with any information as to which finger
the wing feathers would attach to in raptors, assuming they had some sort of
feathers on their arms of course.

Thanks in advance,<<

Since I do know what your talking about, it is the second finger on the top.
Don't put the feathers below the finger, but on top.
