Big-eyed Pachycephalosaurs and Fin-backed Stegosaurs

In my never-ending quest to annoy list members with what may be ridiculous
questions, I submit the following:

I was looking at the rather nice new _Pachycephalosaurus_skull replica on
display at the Minnesota Science Museum, preparing to do some new illustrations;
the orbits on this guy are huge. Any good estimates of actual eye size in this
species?

Also, would it be absolutely ridiculous to depict _Stegosaurus_ and kin with
flaps of skin between back plates...?
