  And Troodontidae (thankfully we got rid of Deinodontidae, but
for the same reasons).

  So, unfortunately, yes. Nomina dubia and metataxa should not
be made the eponyms for larger inclusive groups, but that was
the way of it in the late 1800's and early 1900's, wasn't it.
Now to go around and fix the damage....
