Maybe its the bird Hesperornis rossicus Nessov and Yarkov 1993 from the
Early Campanian, Late Cretaceous unnamed formation, Volgograd Province,
Russia; unnamed formation, Scone, Sweden Holotype- (VPM 26306/2) proximal
tarsometatarsus its from chapter 27 of The Age of Dinosaurs in Russia and
Mongolia- Mesozoic, Birds of Mongolia and the former USSR.

You can find this in the mail from Mickey Mortimer in the archives of the
DML.
