Re: can stegosaur run on two legs???
From: ville sinkkonen <ville_sinkkonen@artic.net>
I just wonder, is it possible that smaler stegosaurs run
on two legs short time.
It seems to me that by looking at the skeletal reconstruction of at least
one early, (relatively) small stegosaur (_Huayangosaurus taibaii_), this
animal didn't have the tall neural spines in the sacrum that would have been
needed to have supported a bipedal running posture. That said, I'm not
overly sure about a number of other small stegosaurs, so someone please feel
free to point them out to me and Ville.
