I'm sorry that I can't directly help with this, but I might be able to point
you towards your goal (or jog someone else's memory about it).

The publication that I do have - "DinoFest International: Proceedings of a
Symposium sponsored by Arizona State University"  was published in 1998 by
the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia, for the DinoFest (in
Phila.) in 1998 [Allen Press - Copyright 1997].  By the way, I did check the
volume for authors you listed, but did not find them here.

The Tempe, Arizona symposium (at Arizona State University) was held in 1996.
The prior symposium, that I believe may be the one that you are seeking, was
held in Indianapolis, in 1994.  [As far as I know, it was the first
DinoFest].

Based on what I know, it was probably published in 1996, by the Arizona
State University, probably with a copyright date of 1995.

(Note that the 1998 symposium was supposed to have been published by the
sponsors of the 2000 DinoFest, but as you may know, it has not yet been
published, and several authors/contributors are seeking other publication
routes).

As to possible editors, check for Donald L. Wolberg - as he edited the 1998
volume, and was the premier force behind DinoFest, at least for 1994 thru
1998.

Hi,
I've been trying for a while now to find the reference for Gonzales-Leon
and Lucas published in a Dinofest proceedings from 1996.  My guess is that
it was from the 1995 Dinofest but I can't dig up the pertinent ref info
(editors, volume number, etc.) so that I can request it through
interlibrary loan.  If someone could give me a hand I would appreciate it.
