Yes, I've noticed that too, BJ.  Although, I would guess that the book is
indeed new and that the cover being used by amazon.com is just a temporary
fill or even a blatant mistake.  In any case, I look forward to this new
publication (and the many others that all seem to be arriving all of a
sudden).
