Ah, http://www.cmnh.org/fun/dinosaur-archive/2001Feb/msg00517.html .  No
mention of these.  I would think they would be in the very preliminary steps
of excavation.  Not to mention the story was published after the thesis was
written.

The only specimens described in that abstract are two referrable to a new
deinonychosaur.  The tetanurine you're thinking of is probably "Aniksosaurus
darwini" (Martinez and Novas, 1997), a probable basal coelurosaur that is
still undescribed.  The Bajo Barreal abelisaurid (Martinez, Maure, Oliva and
Luna 1993) is also undescribed, but being worked on.
