Anyone who wants a copy of Rauhut's unpublished PhD
thesis can now get one simply by contacting me offlist. I will send it in
several parts over e-mail. Unfortunately, I do not yet have figures, but
will get those next month. It is available from the British library, so
I'm simply making it more convenient to get, not distributing it
inappropriately. I have asked Oliver's permission to do this, so no
copyright issues should be applicable. He has no objections to me
distributing it, but would like to ask that people properly cite it if they use
information from it. Also, he has a paper in review, so would be grateful
if no data from the thesis were used in other publications until his work is
published. I think it is very generous of Oliver to allow this and would
like to thank him.
