Phew... usually the Arctic Ocean was, as today, under the North Pole, so any
ice there is unlikely to have left many traces, and first a meanwhile
subducted part of the Pacific and then Antarctica were under the South Pole,
so any evidence is gone. Climatic models predict no ice at all, AFAIK.

Global temperatures must have been quite warm indeed, and the temperature
differences between latitudes very low. Palm trees grew on Spitsbergen aka
Svalbard, champsosaurs thrived on Bylot island in the northern Canadian
Arctic (Nunavut meanwhile)...
