But I would assume a robust tibial width isn't the only factor, since some dromaeosaurs also have relatively wide tibiae.

P.S. And it seems like some coelophysoids should have had astragalar height/width ratios in the coelurosaur range. I'm just so suspicious of hind limb characters.

Well, Fukuiraptor's ratio would still be in the coelurosaur range, but those
of other non-coelurosaurs wouldn't. This is because non-coelurosaurs have
more robust tibiae, making them comparatively wider, so they have smaller
height/width ratios.
