    I didn't realize anyone had actually tried to put this Cretaceous 
"pseudoparrot" into a particular family.  That is really overreaching, much 
more so than assigning it to Order Psittaciformes.
    I personally doubt that it is a neornithean at all, but I wouldn't cast 
the net much beyond the maniraptors.  I just can't imagine it being a turtle 
jaw at all.
