AFAIK, Scipionyx  has never been thoroughly revised, especially concerning
phylogeny. The last paper on this dino baby I am aware of  is that one in
Science dealing about the intepretation of the ?liver remains etc. in the

Dr. Renesto is perfectly right; I just wanted to point out that what is thought by someone (at least Steve) to be a possible source of new infos about "Ciro" is not,  and was never meant to be.
This has nothing to do with the quality of the work which is IMHO way better than anything else written (or translated ) in Italian about dinosaurs at the popular level .
 
The same features I listed in my previous email are not listed that way in the book.
