Tracy Ford website

While searching for Limenavis I came across Mr. Ford's
website. His biography was a truely touching account
of the making of a dedicated amateur paleotologist. It
is a little disconcerting that the ablities of such a
skilled individual are not channelized as a fulltime
professional. This is particularly so for he comes
form a land where access to science and literature is
relatively trivial and the education system is sort of
flexible. I thought all this while, that Mr. Ford was
a professional paleontologist- but he appears even
more exhalted in my eyes due to his genuine interest
in science.
