Yes, Filippo got it right, but it's still in the stage of a _Nature_-
sanctioned rumor, I think.  See Dave Unwin's commentary on the description
of _Sinosauropteryx_:

"Feathers, filaments and theropod dinosaurs" on pages 119-120 of _Nature_
vol. 391 (January 8th, 1998).
