I'm afraid not -- I've never used Outlook, not being a big fan of
Microsoft's offerings.  (I won't go there, we're far enough off topic
as it it :-)

Maybe someone else who does use Outlook can answer this question?

(I hope you appreciate I wasn't "having a go" at you here -- your
message just happened to be the one that provoked me into writing what
had been on my mind for a while.  No offence intended.)
