theropod growth series?

Does anyone know of a theropod growth series that's good enough to give
a curve shape for the percentage of adult size from hatching to maturity
versus time?

It occurs to me that the ecological question of whether the juveniles
were raised by a social group of adults or functioned independently as
predators in a succession of ecological roles might be addressed by
that; if the curve has a 'root curve' shape, it would be an indication
that there was both a sufficient food supply and an ecological reason to
want to reach adult size as soon as possible, whereas if it were linear
or sub-linear, it would seem to indicate independent function.
