Well, since even basal _Coelurosauria_ (_Sinosauropteryx_) don't seem to
have flight feathers, and the only non-tetanuran theropod which skin
impressions are known for (_Carnotaurus_) has no feathery integument
whatsoever, you might be asking for a good bit. Of course our sample size
*is* extremely small....
