more on Ichthyosaur eyes and sclerotic rings

Hi all:

Because of the interest in sclerotic rings lately, I thought I'd point y'all 
to Motani's excellent website:

For those who don't know, Motani was one of McGowan's graduate students who 
received the Romer Prize and many accolades for his work on ichthyosaurs.  
This is his webpage and the site where he discusses the function of the 
sclerotic ring.  Very interesting.
