_Gojirasaurus quayi_ and _Caseosaurus crosbyensis_

I hate to ask for more than one ref. in a day, but I was wondering if anyone 
could give me the refs. for _Gojirasaurus quayi_ and _Caseosaurus 
crosbyensis_. Also dealing with the Triassic, earlier this year in Palaios 
there's a study on the _Placerias_ quary. I don't have it with me right now, 
but if that already hasn't been posted here, I'll post it with a few days.
