Yes, or "deinonychosaurian". "-id" is only for "-idae". (Oh, and
"-apsida" and "-opsida".)

Well, here's the system used on the Dinosauricon for discerning formal
taxon name from vernacular form:
"-apsid" --> "-apsida"
"-ropsid" --> "-ropsida"
"-oid" --> "-oidea"
"-id" --> "-idae"
"-pterygian" --> "-pterygii"
"-ichthyan" --> "-ichthyes"
"-morph" --> "-morpha"
"-pod" --> "-poda"
"-tor" --> "-tora"
"-saur" --> "-sauria"
"-dont" --> "-dontia"
"-al" --> "-alia"
"-tile" --> "-tilia"
"-form" --> "-formes"
"-derm" --> "-dermi"
"-uran" --> "-urae"
"-ialan" --> "-ialae"
"-vian" --> "-ves"
"-ean" --> "-es"
"-an" --> "-a"
"-ite" --> "-itae"
"-te" --> "-ta"
"-ine" --> "-inae"
"-in" --> "-ini"
Pretty convoluted, and if I were to extend beyond Vertebrata, it would
become worse.
