I watch some "making of..." program about the movie. Apparently they
used the same technique that made the lemurs hairy to produce realistic
looking grass. Mesozoic grass?
I haven't seen the movie myself, but I've seen plenty of clips from it.
The oviraptorosaurs looked weird after seeing all these feathered
reconstructions - almost as surreal as seeing plucked chickens running
about. And as for the total absence of cloacas... don't get me started!
