Allosaurus fragils
Baryonyx walkeri
Caudipteryx zoui
Dilophosaurus wetherilli
Gallimimus bullatus
Kritosaurus navajovius
This may be synonymous with Gryposaurus notabilis and/or Hadrosaurus
foulki, among other lesser known gryposaurs.
Plateosaurus engelhardti
This is being split into at least two species.
Sinornithoides youngi
Therizinosaurus cheloniformes
The skull is actually that of Erlikosaurus andrewsi, the presacral
vertebrae and pelvis come from Nanshiungosaurus brevispinus and
the hindlimbs are from Segnosaurus galbinensis.
Compsognathus longipes
Euoplocephalus tutus
This may be split into a few species/genera.
Giganotosaurus carolinii
Hypsilophodon foxii
Mononykus olecranus
Stegosaurus armatus
This is based on a skeleton referred to Stegosaurus unglutus, which many
think is synonymous with S. armatus.
Triceratops horridus
Be aware that the species name of Archaeopteryx is not "berlin", but rather
lithographica. It is the Berlin specimen, however.
Cathayornis yandica
This may be synonymous with Sinornis.
Corythosaurus casuarius
Herrerasaurus ischigualastensis
Ouranosaurus nigeriensis
Sauropelta edwardsi
Tyrannosaurus rex

That's it besides Euparkeria, which isn't a dinosaur and I'm not familiar
with the species name, and Camarasaurus, in which case I'm unsure of the
species (grandis, lentus, supremus?). I think George objects to
Sauropelta's species name and emended it to edwardsorum or something to
signify that it was named after multiple people.
