Sorry if someone answered this already. It is a
_Saurosuchus_, which is, if I recall correctly, is
still a rauisuchid. It is way cool though. It's
right next to a huge phtyosaur skull. Thecodonts are
just endlessly fascinating critters.
If you know Bob Morales, write him as I sent him a
bunch of (bad) photos of it a few years ago and, who
knows, he may be willing to share them with you (or copies).
