Apparently the list doesn't like me, because Mickey tells me that the
electronic deities have lately been temporarily removing me from the
list. Apparently I didn't receive some of the messages that were sent
to me.
Well, to be safe, here's a blanket "thank you" to all who tried to
send me the correct reference to the Notohypsilophodon paper.
