I most certainly do NOT.  I was referring to the raptors I see hovering over 
vineyards
on the way to and from school, looking for mice.  Such birds have structures 
over
their eyes similar to (or perhaps, the same as) the palpebral bone of 
orithopods like
_Heterodontosaurus_ or _Iguanodon_.  This is why I entitled this thread "Eagle 
eyes".
Dromaeosaurs, on the other hand, lacked such bones and so did not have "eagle 
eyes"
(it would look cool if they did, but they don't).
