big meat-eaters

Greetings,
Well once again, my favorite topic of dinosaur science is being discussed on 
the list and I have a few questions. I remember Greg Paul mentioning a T-rex 
maxilla from the UCMP that was supposedly gigantic and indicated a 12 tonne 
tyrannosaur. Has any size estimate been done on this specimen recently? Has 
anybody done tooth and jaw studies of Carcharodontosaurus, Giganotosaurus, or 
Epanterias. What, if any, new information has come to light regarding 
Ceratosaurus ingens?And, do I dare ask if any new news is available about the 
Rigby T-rex?
