Just ran across this electronic site for russian scientific journals:

It includes their Paleontological Journal (Jerry Lipps is on their
editorial board) and an offer for a free .pdf version of any article...
worth a look. 

I was interested in this article:
T. Lingham-Soliar. 1999. The Durophagous Mosasaurs (Lepidosauromorpha,
Squamata) Globidens and Carinodens from the Upper Cretaceous of Belgium
and The Netherlands...... 33(6):638-647

....but there are a variety of other paleo subjects covered.
