  I don't recall seeing this one on the list, but it only now came to my 
attention:

Galton, P.M. 1999. Sex, sacra and _Sellosaurus gracilis_ (Saurischia, 
Sauropodomorpha, Upper Triassic, Germany) - or why the character "two sacral 
vertebrae" is plesiomorphic for Dinosauria. _Neues Jahrbuch fur Geologie und 
Palaontologie Abhandlungen 213(1): 19-55.
