To all going on field trips,
Denver got its first snow today (but mostly melted by this evening). The
weather is expected to rise in the next few days to high
70's or lower 80's F (25-28 C). This type is weather is common this time
of year, and should last for at least another month,
although highs will probably be in the 60's and 70's (15-20+ C) by
mid-October. Accordingly, you should plan to have clothes for
various fluctuations in weather. Because of the possibility of cold mud
from melting snow, tennis shoes are not advisable.
