Probably oon-en-LAHGH-ya, using the very soft Spanish "g" between vowels, 
which, when it comes before a "y" or "i" sound can sound like an English "y".

(I hate trying to do phonetic spellings using wacky English spelling 
conventions.  Life would be so much easier if everyone knew the International 
Phonetic Alphabet :-])
