Not if Sinornithosaurus represents an early stage in the evolution of 
secondary flightlessness in dromaeosaurids. BCF predicts that >earlier< 
dromaeosaurids will be >more< flightworthy (and smaller) than later 
dromaeosaurids. So far, so good.
