There was a claymation-based program called, if I remember correctly,
"Muttaburrasaurus" or something similar. Most of the program was taken
up by the adventures of a young Muttaburrasaurus, leaving a group
of adults resting in the heat of the day and wandering about. It
encountered hypsilophodontids (and watched as an abelisaur with
Carnotaurus-like horns captured one), was harassed by a nesting
pterosaur, saw a plesiosaur laying eggs on a beach, and watched
a bunch of small pterosaurs feeding on an ichthiosaur carcass.
In between scenes there was the occasional bit of palaeo-related
narration. Thankfully none of the animated creatures said a single
word (although the Muttaburrasaurs did bellow quite a bit).
