Re: pneumatization

Are any illustrations available which map the complete set of pneumatic fossa 
for a
particular theropod (or sauropod)?  So far, I've only seen diagrams of isolated
pneumatic bones (as in _Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs_).  A complete map would be
helpful in restoring the respiratory system.  I have seen the hypothetical 
restored
air sac system sketch in _The Complete Dinosaur_ (page 468), but I do not know 
how
closely it follows the fossil evidence.

It is interesting that Dr. Robert Bakker states in _The Dinosaur Heresies_ that 
the
absence of pneumaticity in ornithischians does not preclude the presence of air
sacs in the living animals; he suggests that their air sacs may have simply been
buried within their (unpreserved) soft tissue, as in some extant birds.
