(Warning:Off Topic!!!)... College books
PLEASE REPLY OFFLIST
Well. Today I got my books for my first "real" collge class (A la Duel
Enrollment)...
The Class is Intro to Archaeology...
(they don't do paleontology up here... >:P).
The books are:
_Lessons from the Past An introductory reader in archaeology_ by Kenneth L.
Feder
_Virtual Dig_ by Harold L. dibble, Shannon P. McPherron and Barbara J. Roth
(including a CD....this sounds INTERESTING)
_Arcgeology theories methods and practice_ by Paul Bahn and Colin Renfrew
I was wondering if these are considered "Good" and "Up to date" books???,
and if anyone's ever heard of them?
Do different colleges around the US use the same books for the same
courses??
thanks,
Jessica
