hand homology paper

This was on the new book shelf this morning.  An abstract of it was
presented at SVP last year.

Wagner, G.P., and J.A. Gauthier.  1999.  1,2,3 = 2,3,4:  A solution to
the problem of the homology of the digits in the avian hand. 
Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the USA,
96:5111-5116.

To be fair, there's a commentary by Alan Feduccia on p. 4740 of the same
issue.  I won't repeat what I think of it here.
