Given the discussion of sauropod neck mobility, what would this imply about
the "resting position" of the neck?  Presumably, the
"s" shape of a bird like a duck, where the head is retracted over the body,
would not be possible, and just standing all the time with the neck sticking
straight out seems extremely uncomfortable.  With the side-to-side
flexibility, can we imagine something similar to the australian snake-necked
turtle, where the neck is wrapped around the body?  This looks weird but, if
not, just how would such an animal "get comfortable"?
