You may want to look at other sources as well after
finishing Horner's book, because, in some of his
hypotheses about behavior, he is in the minority, and
some new work has been done on the big coelurosaurs
since Horner wrote his entertaining book.
Check out the entry for Tyrannosaurs in Padian/Currie,
and the entry in Glut's DINOSAURS -- THE ENCYCLOPEDIA
as well.
Overexposed though they are, I still think the giant
tyrannosaurs are far and away the most interesting
dinosaurs. I have not been moved from this opinion by
the new crop of big fat allosaurs.
