Ornithopod thumbs and heads

I am in the process of compiling a paper on the behaviour of certain members of the ornithopoda.  I have three questions - only the second of which will make the subject heading make sense:

1)    The latest news I have on the relationship between iguanodontids and hadrosaurids (okay so the first question might give you a clue) is from 'The Dinosauria' Weishampel, Dodson, Osmolska.  does anybody know if the relationships illustrated on page 529 fig 25.36 have been updated since then?  If so can you let me know please with any reading material/web-page links that may be of some relevence.

2)    Are any hadrosaurids known to have had thumb-spikes or any guanodontids known to have had head crest adornment, or any heterodontosaurids, hypsilophodontids, or dryosauridae known to have either?

3)    I have read some of Professor Weishampel's publications regarding the accoustic properties of parasaurolophus' nasal passage/head adornment.  Does anyone know of any accessible papers or web-sites giving detailed analysis of other hadrosaurid nasal accoustic properties?

I would appreciate any information you feel you can give me,

Yours sincerely,
