Whole species have disappeared for that matter; VERY spooky!  Some "fiend"
absconded with Ultrasauros!  And Apatosaurus was missing his (or her) head
for decades AND someone replaced it with someon else's head!!!  Creepy
stuff!

        a specimen gets collected, labelled, diagnosed, and named, and
        mysteriously disappears from a collection and leaves NO TRACE!

        Like a certain paleontologist's head....
