No, all the extant chelonians are toothless, although some, like the (mostly
herbivorous) testudines do have serrated beaks that superficially look like
teeth.
The last chelonians with teeth were the _Proganochelyids_ of the Triassic, so
turtles have been going toothless for quite some time now.
