Mistaken Extinction and Crucible of Evolution

Has anyone had the chance to check out Dingus's "Mistaken Extinction"
yet?

Does it specifically cover just bird-dino?  How is it?

Also, please comment off-list if you would on the (OT) "Crucible of
Evolution" by Conway-Morris -- does it cover all the recent finds like
the legs on the various so-called "odd-balls" (which become less odd
all the time)?
