The Italian way: sh*p-pee-ah-nix saam-nee-tih-kus
                 *= cross between "ih" and "ee"
                    say aa as in "Sam" or "Spam"
The Latin way: skee-pih-ahn-ix sahm-nee-tih-kus
           or: skih-pee-ahn-ix         "
