I'm getting this from the picture on the cover, so correct me if I'm 
wrong:

large orbit (could be nocturnalism)

large skull relative to neck-length (almost 50% longer, but so is 
*Sinosauropteryx'*)

relative size of forelims to body

small pelvis relative to hindlimbs

(You've read Tom's post, so you have those additional facts.)
