pelicans hunt for fish in groups, but I'm not sure that the fact that
they do so affects the quality or quantity of the catch at all.
It may be the leading edge of pelicans cast a shadow on the waves,
driving fish before the shadow to be snapped up by following pelicans,
but I've never seen anything to confirm this.
