Yes I read that myself and I was rather surprised 

It seems they werent sprawling like gators  (or most past museum displays
eighter) but they held a reptilian High walk by default.
this is due to the fact that the shoulder blades mets closer in the front of
the chest than mammals  and the dinosaurs in question had much shallower
sockets than mammals. 
in "Dinosaur A Global view" Czerkas. they mention that this aplies to all
Quadropedal dinosaurs
do sauropods count for this as well?
and how would this affect locomotion?
