Well, because 'Kamm' means 'ridge', they probably refer to 'ridge 
saurians', which brings us little further. I have lived and worked in 
Germany for about a year, and never heard this term. My best guess 
would be that 'Kamm' here is something akin to 'Hanenkamm' ('hen's 
comb'), i.e. with a ridge atop the head. But Germans, feel free to 
correct me!
