I have some further updates concerning DinoFest, the Symposium, and the
DinoFeast:

         Ichthyosaurus fritters served
              with Triassic ferns (skate fritters)
         Wild herbal mushroom pate served on a
              fossilized dinosaur bone display
              with Coelophysis crackers
         Baby Triceratops ribs (barbecued baby back ribs)

    Jurassic Island:
         Archaeopteryx Wings (honey mustard chicken drumettes)
         Fiddlehead ferns with vegetables
         Hand pounded peasant breads

    Cretaceous Island:
         Brachiosaurus pie (steak and potato pie)
         Herbivorous Salad
         Theodont canape (alligator on crostini)
         Struthiomimus tidbits in a puff pastry (fresh ostrich meat)

Dinofeast is the banquet for the Dinofest® Symposium.
An event for adults only, it is an opportunity for the public
to taste food they might have eaten during the Mesozoic and
to dine with internationally renowned paleontologists,
including Dinofest® creator Don Wolberg; the Academy's Ted Daeschler;
Jack Horner; Bob Bakker; Peter Dodson; John Ostrom; Paul Sereno;
Dale Russell; Phil Currie; and many more of the paleontologists
who are attending the Dinofest® Symposium.
