Dr. Thomas Hetherington at Ohio State talks in his dinosaur class about
this very subject. He states that he believes theropods, at least, were
not nocturnal because they were swift, bipedal runners. Simply put,
running through a forest (boulder field, etc.) at night generally is a good
way to have an intimate encounter with an immovable object....
